Description
When a pack is refurbished with CMS, we want it to be serviced and inspected thoroughly. Hence, we recommend that our customers allow us to perform a Load test and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) during the refurbishment of the packs. We provide 2 sorts of lifting certification; the standard 1.5 times of the weight of the pack and the 3-point load test for 1.5 and 2.5 times the weight of the packs to meet DNV requirements.
This process is to ensure that all the packs after servicing will be ready to be filled without having to worry about certifications.
